- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes and cook until golden and tender, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from skillet.
- Add steak bites to the same skillet. Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned and medium-rare.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Return potatoes to the skillet and toss with steak and garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.

- Cut steak into even pieces for consistent cooking.
- Adjust doneness by cooking steak longer if you prefer medium or well-done.
- Use cast iron for better browning.
