- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 strips beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken, half the beef bacon, and half the cheddar cheese. Stir well.
- Spread the mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and beef bacon.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
