Instructions
- Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
- Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Sear chicken breasts for 2 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and secure lid.
- Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Quick release pressure.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and heavy cream.
- Return chicken to pot and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with parsley.
