Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
  2. Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear chicken breasts for 2 minutes per side.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and secure lid.
  6. Cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
  7. Quick release pressure.
  8. Remove chicken and set aside.
  9. Stir in Parmesan cheese and heavy cream.
  10. Return chicken to pot and coat with sauce.
  11. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

  • Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • Adjust salt based on Parmesan cheese saltiness.
