- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine milk, heavy cream, and pumpkin puree in a small saucepan.
- Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until warmed but not boiling.
- Whisk in maple syrup, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother texture if desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Notes
- Shake well before each use as separation may occur.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Use within 5 days for best quality.
