Ingredients

- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat milk and heavy cream over medium heat until warm.
- Add brown sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and cinnamon.
- Let cool, then transfer to a sealed container.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
- Shake well before each use.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk and coconut cream.
