Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 5 more minutes until melted.
  8. Serve hot.
