Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom halves.
  5. Add cooked beef and top with cheese slices.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
  7. Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and rolls are golden.
  9. Serve warm.

  • Use a serrated knife to slice the rolls evenly.
  • Let the sliders rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
