- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Cut Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the bottom halves.
- Add cooked beef and top with cheese slices.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts and rolls are golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use a serrated knife to slice the rolls evenly.
- Let the sliders rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
- Add pickles or onions for extra flavor.
