Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until soft.
- Add ground beef. Break it apart and cook until browned.
- Stir in spinach. Cook until wilted.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Top with feta cheese. Serve warm.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Swap spinach with kale if preferred.
- Add red pepper flakes for heat.
