  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef, cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain.
  6. Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet, toss to coat with the sauce.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
