Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Pour in beef broth, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- You can substitute beef broth with chicken broth if needed.
