- 4 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 can (400g) tomato soup
- 1 cup water or milk
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place cheese between two bread slices with buttered sides facing out.
- Cook the sandwich until golden brown on each side.
- Heat tomato soup with water or milk in a saucepan.
- Serve the grilled cheese with warm tomato soup.
