Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Add Greek yogurt and knead into a dough.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle minced garlic and parsley.
- Fold the dough and cut into slices.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Serve warm.
