Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken with soy sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken mixture until fully browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls.
- Top with the cooked chicken, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, and green onions.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Serve immediately.
