Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (360ml) warm water

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add warm water and stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature for 12-18 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 450Β°F (230Β°C) with Dutch oven inside for 30 minutes.
  5. Shape dough into a ball on a floured surface.
  6. Place dough in the hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove lid and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
