Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until soft.

  3. Remove the bay leaf and blend the soup until smooth.
  4. Toast the bread slices until golden.

  6. Broil for 2 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
