Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Mix flour, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Whisk egg and milk in another bowl.
- Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Toast buns lightly.
- Assemble sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and chicken.
