Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Layer sweet potato slices in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. Pour cream mixture over sweet potatoes.
  5. Dot with butter cubes.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For crispier top, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking.
