Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a pot until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add onion to the pot and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in potatoes and broth. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add fish and cook for 5 more minutes.
  5. Pour in cream and butter. Stir gently.
  6. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  7. Serve topped with crispy bacon.
