- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add beef slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and beef back to the skillet, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for better melting.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- For extra richness, add an extra tablespoon of butter before serving.
