- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Gradually add cake mix, stirring until fully combined.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then coat each in powdered sugar.
- Place dough balls 2 inches apart on baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
