  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve cranberry Jell-o in boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Add cranberry sauce and crushed pineapple. Mix well.
  3. Fold in chopped walnuts.
  4. Pour mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
  7. Spread cream cheese topping over the chilled Jell-o layer.
  8. Refrigerate for another 2 hours before serving.
