Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a muffin tin or use silicone muffin cups.
- Blend eggs, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and chives.
- Pour mixture into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
