Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F.
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Mix in egg yolk and wine until dough forms.
- Roll out dough and cut into squares.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
- Mix ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill cooled pastry shells with ricotta mixture.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Chill dough for 30 minutes for easier handling.
- Drain ricotta well to avoid a watery filling.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
