Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Cook batter in the waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Brush each waffle with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a shallow dish, then coat each waffle in the mixture.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, place cooked waffles on a wire rack.
- Serve with chocolate sauce or caramel for dipping.
- Leftovers can be reheated in a toaster.
