Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  5. Stir in potatoes, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  6. Pour milk over the mixture and stir.
  7. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  9. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
  10. Serve hot.
