- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Lay out each tortilla on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing down the center of each tortilla.
- Divide the buffalo chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it over the ranch dressing.
- Top the chicken with shredded lettuce and crumbled blue cheese, if using.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom.
- Serve immediately, with extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired.

- For a vegetarian option, substitute the chicken with roasted chickpeas or shredded jackfruit.
