- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cups tomato sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix beef, pork, veal, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown meatballs on all sides, about 8 minutes.
- Add tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, until meatballs are cooked through.

- Use a mix of meats for best flavor.
