Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned.
  3. Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Cut biscuits into quarters and place in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  7. Pour sausage gravy over biscuits.
  8. Whisk eggs with 1/4 cup milk and pour over the casserole.
  9. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
