Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Add shredded chicken, celery, red onion, and parsley to the bowl.
- Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Adjust to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
