Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Arrange bread cubes evenly in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  5. Pour mixture over bread cubes, pressing lightly to soak.
