- 6 cups cubed French bread
- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange bread cubes evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Pour mixture over bread cubes, pressing lightly to soak.
- Drizzle melted butter on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use stale bread for better absorption.
- Can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
- Top with maple syrup or whipped cream if desired.
