- 4 corn tortillas
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Warm the tortillas in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference.
- Spread refried beans evenly over each tortilla.
- Place a cooked egg on top of each tortilla.
- Spoon salsa over the eggs and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Garnish with avocado slices, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
