Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Spread bread cubes evenly in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour egg mixture over bread cubes and press down to soak.
  6. Scatter blueberries on top.
  7. Sprinkle brown sugar and drizzle melted butter.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and set.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
