Ingredients

  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush tortillas with melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over tortillas.
  3. Fold tortillas in half and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
  4. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spoon cheesecake filling into taco shells. Top with berries and whipped cream.
  6. Serve immediately.
