- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place chicken breasts on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly over chicken.
- Arrange vegetables around the chicken.
- Fold foil into a sealed pack.
- Grill or bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Carefully open pack and serve hot.

- Use thick foil to prevent tearing.
- Adjust cooking time for thicker chicken breasts.
- Add more BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
