  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Slice the Italian bread lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on one side and Italian dressing on the other.
  4. Layer salami, ham, pepperoni, and provolone cheese inside the bread.
  5. Add lettuce, black olives, banana peppers, red onions, and tomatoes.
  6. Wrap the sandwich tightly in aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Unwrap, slice, and serve warm.
