- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pepperoni or cooked sausage
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out each biscuit into a 5-inch circle.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on half of each biscuit.
- Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni or sausage on top.
- Fold the dough over and press the edges to seal.
- Place hot pockets in the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
